Warranty

Each individual piece comes with a 5-day inspection period.

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your watch, simply ship the item back to us within 5 business days and we will refund the full payment price.

 

Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, with signature and paid for by the customer. Items returned must be in the same condition as initially shipped.

 

Before shipping back the watch please contact us at info@luxemerchants.ca for return instructions.

Most of our products are vintage or used, with their own personal history.

 

Regular maintenance is recommended and required to ensure the lasting reliability of the item

Conditition & Accuracy

Each item will come as described. As most of our pieces are vintage and pre-owned, please expect wear from usage.

 

All glaring marks, scratches, or damage to the item will be disclosed in the item description and photographs.

 

Please read each item description and examine all product images carefully prior to purchase.

Where Do Our Items Come From?

We have been working for years towards developing a network of trusted suppliers, dealers and individuals locally and worldwide.

All of our pieces are in hand, and will ship directly from Montreal.

Payments

All our payments are supported by Paypal for under $5000 USD, any purchases over $5000USD will be handled by Wire Transfer Only.

All our prices are displayed in USD.

Shipping & Handling

All of our items include Priority Shipping in Canada and USA. Worldwide shipping is an extra 50$ Flat Rate.

We will generally ship all of our products via Federal Express Priority within 5 Business Days of payment clearing.

We welcome international buyers, please contact us prior to purchase for additional details.
